We have encountered a problem loading your voices
Hi Jennifer,
Sorry that you're experiencing a hiccup with the voices. Did this clear up? If not, I'd start by closing Storyline, signing out of the 360 app, and then signing back in again to see if that clears anything. If not, could you let me know and I'll make sure we have our Support team reach out to you.

Hi Mark,
I have just tried what you suggest and it still doesn't work. I was thinking it is because my company has a VPN for remote working but it doesn't work even if my computer is not logged to it.

I'm happy to help! You are correct. Your network may be blocking some of the software's features, including the AI voices.
Before we explore the possible network issue, let's continue troubleshooting by ruling out a problem with the installation. If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
If the AI voices still don't load, please ask your network admin to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist to resolve the problem.
