Hi Jennifer,
Sorry that you're experiencing a hiccup with the voices. Did this clear up? If not, I'd start by closing Storyline, signing out of the 360 app, and then signing back in again to see if that clears anything. If not, could you let me know and I'll make sure we have our Support team reach out to you.
