Weird bug in Storyline

I am trying to figure out why this arrow is appearing when the Storyline activity is in my Rise course. 

I checked my Storyline activity, and there's no black arrow. I preview the activity in Storyline, and there's no arrow.  The arrow appears when I run the Storyline activity in the Rise course. I can't figure it out. 

 

Any ideas?

    Just for the fun of it, try and check the mouse pointer configuration on the computer.
