Looks like your file has some corrupted data based on the screenshots that you shared. I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand your experience:
- When publishing your course, are you doing so directly from your network drive?
- Or is your course saved somewhere locally on your computer? Publishing on a network drive has been known to cause issues, so we generally recommend files to be saved locally, like somewhere in a C: drive directory to reduce the risk of data corruption.
If your file is already saved locally, try importing your project slides over to a new file to see if this helps.
If the issue persists, would you mind uploading a copy of your project file here for testing? You can also open a case with our support team if you prefer to have your file checked in private.
