Why can't I buy a Freelancer Personal Plan subscription?

I am currently on a Team plan, but wanted to buy a Freelancer Personal Plan license as a new user. The "Buy Now" button under the Freelancer > Personal Plan option on the Pricing page seems to be broken: https://www.articulate.com/360/pricing/freelancers/

It just takes me to a Okta login screen for "markops-stage ALB Auth"?

  • Tried logging into the Okta thing using my current Articulate account. User not recognized.
  • No option to register a new account. Only option was to reset password, but my email must not be in the Okta system.
  • I sent emails to Articulate rep, but no reply. Also opened a case.

Does anyone know a workaround to buy a Personal Plan seat?

  • Hello Benoit, sorry about that. There was some sort of hiccup in the process. It's been resolved. 

  • Thanks Tom. Button is working again. Resolving my other issue (unable to reuse my email address for an Articulate account)  through support.
