Why can't the Articulate Teams Account Owner change the Course Owner in Rise

Hello,  Maybe I'm missing something, but why am I, as the Teams Account Owner, not go in and change who the account owner on a Rise account in the Course settings if I'm a Course Manager? Is there...

Hi Karl,

I understand the roles, but my question is why isn't there functionality built in as the Articulate Owner/Admin (me) to be able to switch roles for situations like my team is in now. My employee is OOO with COVID and we need a way to flip the Course ownership to other ID's on the team. I'm shocked that I don't have that ability to manage ownership as the admin of all of my teams seats.
