Wipe animation with GSAP or JavaScript
Hi All,
I am working on a project where I want to show the progression of a graph in the timeline. What I'm looking to do is to have a wipe animation from the left, triggered by a button click, which brings the graph image to a certain place in its timeline. A second button click will continue the wipe image to the next place, a third click will continue the wipe, and so on. In total there will be like 5 places where the wipe image should stop and then continue.
...is this possible in Storyline?
Hi WilliamRyan-dba if you have flexibility on how this is presented, you could do this with Storyline and motion animations. For example, you could have your graph, and a "mask" shape placed over the top of it. Clicking a button could trigger a motion animation that moves the "mask" off the graph. Simple example attached.
When I say flexibility in presentation. Ideally the mask can be the same colour as the background of the slide so that the appearance is that the graph is gradually appearing.
