Wont preview or export new course
Hi, recently completed course wont preview on either Explorer or Chrome, can edit but not preview or export. Previous content will but the latest one just sits on loading and then displays Oops me...

Hi there, Joel. I'll answer for Chrome since Internet Explorer isn't a supported browser for authoring courses. Please note that in July of 2022, you won't be able to view published Rise 360 courses in Internet Explore either.
If you're still having trouble, can you try the following:
- make sure all lessons have content
- try to open and preview your course in incognito mode
- try clearing your browser cache in Chrome
