Wrong layer(s) showing up

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out where I've gone wrong on my triggers. I have 3 questions (one per layer) and a correct feedback layer and incorrect feed...
Hi Elizabeth, you didn't do anything wrong on your triggers. I think it is some kind of bugs. When I delete the shown incorrect trigger for Q2&Q3 layers and reset exactly the same triggers, it works. You may report this case to Articulate for them to fix the bugs in the future.
