Wrong Slide Layer Displaying
Hello!
From my quiz results slide, when the learner clicks retry to try the quiz again, it jumps to the correct slide but displays that question slides incorrect layer instead of the base layer containing the question. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Are you hiding the Incorrect layer before you jump?
As Walt said, check to be sure that the Continue button on each Correct and Incorrect layer has a "Hide this layer" trigger.
Also check the Slide Properties for the questions. For quizzes, it's usually best to use "Automatically decide" for revisiting, because Storyline knows how to handle questions based on whether they're being answered or reviewed.
Finally, check that the "Reset results" trigger wasn't somehow disabled/deleted. Or it might have been moved after the "Jump to" trigger, which means it won't run. Your Retry button to ensure it's got triggers similar to these triggers and in this order:
Thanks, everyone! I think I fixed the issue by changing the "When revisiting" option to Reset to Initial State. Not sure why I had to do that, don't think I've had to do that in the past, but it worked!
Does your Results slide include a Review button? You don't want the questions resetting to the initial state during a review. That's why "Automatically decide" is usually the best revisiting option. Storyline will then decide to resume the saved state when reviewing (plus show any Review layer) and reset to initial state when retrying.
