xlf downloads from Articulate Rise have no links in them

Hi I've opened a case on this, but wondered if anyone else has an issue with this and how they work around it.  It seems such a basic issue. We use the xlf course downloads to send to translator...

Hi there IA Studio!

Hyperlinked text should remain hyperlinked, even after you've translated the text. I see my teammate, Luiza, recently requested a copy of your Rise 360 course so she can take a closer look at the hyperlinks that are broken. Please continue working with her in your case, and I'll follow along there!
