Click&nbsp;Export XLIFF File&nbsp;and save the file to your computer.
Then use a web app, computer program, or professional translation service to edit your XLIFF file.

What are the best practices for the web app?&nbsp; a computer program?

If you are doing it yourself you need to get a an XLIFF editor (computer program or web app) - e.g. https://www.ilovefreesoftware.com/03/featured/online-xliff-editor-websites-free.html
