You are not allowed to complete the review

I recently sent out links to 5 people using the new Request Review option on Review 360.  4 people accessed the training, two of those submitted comments.  One of them contacted me and said they couldn't "complete" the training because they received a "you are not allowed to complete the review" error when trying to click "I'm done". She said she also could not leave comments.

What could be going wrong here? Are there a limited number of people who can review on a single training?

  • Hello Kelly,

    Happy to help!

Based on the third screenshot that you shared, it looks like the page didn't load normally. As a troubleshooting step, please ask your reviewer to try using a different browser to leave a comment to see if it helps. The page should look like this to indicate that it loaded correctly:

You can also ask them to clear their browser's cache if another browser is unavailable.

Let me know how it goes!

  • I recently had the same thing come up with one of my reviewers... She tried all sorts of things to troubleshoot and eventually reported that she was able to "complete the review" after signing out. This seems very strange to me. I'm thinking it is a bug of some sort.

      Hi Bronica,

Thanks for sharing what your reviewer experienced. Review 360 works best when using the latest version of a supported browser. Browser compatibility is one of the main reasons why a reviewer may encounter issues with Review 360. If this happens again, I'd have them check whether there are browser updates that need to be completed first before proceeding.

If you require any further information, please let me know.
