Your Computer is Offline Error

I am experiencing a 'Computer is Offline' error. Has there been a reported outage?

Really sorry, Gustavus. We're busy repairing Rise 360 right now. We'll get it back up and running soon! 

I am also experiencing a 'Computer is Offline' error.

Same here!  I was in the middle of working on a Rise Course and the same thing happened.  I all of a sudden got the message that "Your computer is offline."  I had my whole house disconnect from WiFi thinking it was my PC, but I am able to connect to everything else.  Please keep us posted of the progress of the resolution.  Thanks, Shannon
