CC not showing up on SCORM file in our LMS

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I can't find an easy solution.  I just finished my first Storyline creation (yeah!) and have the closed captioning on.  When it's in the review 360 document, the closed captioning shows up.  When I transition it to a SCORM file and upload it to my company's LMS, the closed captioning is missing (there isn't even a "cc" on the bottom of the screen).  Please advise!  Our state will not approve a course without the CC in place.  Thanks!
