Help - Importing translated text (WORD)
Hello Heroes! I’ve exported a Word document from Storyline for translation. The Korean translation has been completed, but when I import the Word file back into the course and generate the online version (Review 360), the course content ends up different from what's in the Word document. This has never happened to me before.
Does anyone know what I should do to ensure that the final course content matches the Word document, where everything appears correctly?
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Stepan!
Could you possibly attach some screenshots (if the content is not sensitive) for better understanding what's going on and what does mean the content is different? 🤔 - StepanSvatos-3aCommunity Member
Hi Ekaterina. thanks for your interest! Attached are two samples. One is from Word document (export for translation from the original version) + Online version (Review 360) of the original course. The Word version is correct. When I import the Word document back to the course and export (Review 360) it looks like this. TX!

I see. TBH, never had something like that happen to me.
If that's a one-time issue, happened only on a single slide, I would personally try to work around it (try to rebuild the slide from scratch, or export and paste this piece as an image .PNG), hopefully it would help.- StepanSvatos-3aCommunity Member
I figured it out!! It was the font :-) I changed the font type and suddenly everything was fine. Thanks for your help.
