Forum Discussion
How does your organization support different ways of thinking and working?
It’s interesting to see this conversation resurfacing after being featured in a recent email from the Heroes admins.
I started this thread a while back, and it’s been really nice to see how much it still resonates.
If there’s interest, I’d be happy to host a small, informal community call to continue the conversation live.
A space to exchange perspectives, share what we’ve experienced at work, and reflect on how different ways of thinking are understood (or misunderstood) in teams.
No agenda. Just a safe space to connect.
Let me know if you're interested.
I’m happy to set something up in the coming weeks.
Love this idea so much!
I'm also wondering whether there might be enough interest in this topic to run a Peer Pod group at some point? Neurodivergence in L&D feels like such an incredible topic to explore both from the perspective of the L&D builder and also building for diverse learners.
Tagging in our program manager KellOrding who might be interested in this thread.
Also surfacing that we have a group in this community that is focussed solely on accessibility, which is not exactly what you are raising here but my guess is that there might be some folks within that group who are interested in this thread and in meeting up. If you end up deciding to host that call, it might be great to post about it in that group. You can find it under Connect > Groups.
