I am also experiencing this issue. I've asked them to clear their cache and change browsers but they are still receiving the same error. Please advise!
We are experiencing the same issue - is this an Articulate problem? Tried re-uploading the file. Colleagues could see it for a short time but then it disappears again. Any help today would be appreciated as client is currently reviewing.
Hi, folks. Thanks again for letting us know about what you're seeing in Review, and really sorry for any troubles!
Have no fear as our team is on it! To help us quickly nail down the culprit, could you share a troublesome Review link with us and confirm what browser(s) you're using? Need to send the URL privately–no sweat, here's where. We'll be standing by!
This is affecting us with an important customer. We need a resolution ASAP. It is happening with new and old links - just had it happen with one published 21 days ago that has never failed before.
We're experiencing the same issue. We published from SL360 and it appears only the projects that have a password enabled in Review have the issue, based on some minor testing we've done. We've had the problem in Chrome, Edge, and IE browsers, and from multiple projects published by different users, so it doesn't seem like a browser dependent issue.
We've also had problems with the way SL360 has been publishing to Review, so maybe that's connected to the problem. Sometimes it creates its own new project instead of updating the selected existing project, and sometimes the button to view the published project (the blue button in the successful publishing dialog box) opens a different project than the one it says it published to. It's very strange and frustrating.
Really appreciate you sharing your URLs with us, Ramona and Julia–and for all the information everyone here provided! 🌟
We can replicate the behavior on content that is password protected, and our team is working on a fix as we speak. As soon it's straightened out, we’ll let everyone in this discussion know and also post a follow-up status update here! Be in touch shortly, and thanks again for bringing this oddity to our attention!
Hi everyone! Great news - we've released the fix. You should now be able to view your password-protected content without a hitch. You may need to refresh the page.
Thanks for sounding the alarm - and let us know if you need anything else!
I can see using that link that it no longer opens to a course, so I'd like to have our Support Team take a look at your account. I'll open a case for you so they'll be in touch soon!
Hey, Jacob! Thanks for those details. I re-tested your link in iPhone 8 Plus in Google Chrome, and I was still able to view the slide without any issues.
The Play button is expected behavior on a mobile device, as it allows you to open the content in fullscreen. The X button in the upper-left corner will allow you to exit fullscreen and return to Review 360.

We are experience the same problem.
I am signed in and can see my projects, but not ones from my peers ( and vice versa)

Same issue. I as the author can see it - all others can't. Has been very slow uploading to review, so we are assuming the server has crashed somehow!

Hi everyone! We're having a look now, and we'll keep this discussion updated with what we find. Thanks for bringing this behavior to our attention!
Same issue here. And I just tried publishing another SL file to Review and it's not working.

Sent a couple of Review links privately.

We are also experiencing this issue with password-enabled projects in the latest version of both Chrome and Firefox on Windows and Mac.

Thanks for a quick investigation!

I'm getting the same issue. Not on desktop...because it works fine. This is my project: Really awesome infographic
However, I'm getting it on mobile when I test it. See attached screenshot.
Hi, Jacob! Thanks for sharing that link. Here's what I see when I view the URL on iPhone 8 in Safari.
What type of mobile device are you using, and what mobile browser did you use for testing?
I was using an Iphone 8 Plus on Chrome.
Also, how come there is a play button?

Thanks! I'll try it again.
I published a course to Articulate Review and I can see it in there. When I test the link, I get the message that the file does not exist.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing that you are running into a similar issue, Nishant.
I've opened up a support case on your behalf so that one of our support engineers can take a look and work directly with you.
You should be hearing from someone soon.
