Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 77, we've included important fixes and new features.
One of the features we've included:
- Send and track requests for stakeholder reviews
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!

Hey Ben,
Currently, there isn't a way to see if someone has viewed your project on Review 360. As a project owner though, you will receive instant email notifications for any comments that are made on your project.
We have a great resource that you might find helpful: How Content Owners Manage Projects in Review 360
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Hi Vincent,
Thank you for your response. Even though you get email notifications, it does not mean that the SME/reviewer has finished completed the review. It will be great if this feature will be included in the next update of Review360.
Thanks for the feature request, Ben! We'll keep an eye out to see what the momentum is around this concept!
I agree! I would like to somehow be notified when the reviewer is done! Great idea!
I agree - we are also looking for this feature. Thanks.
Yes, being able to see if the reviewer has actually reviewed it would be very helpful in determining if the review team is accomplishing its purpose or if adjustments need to be made. Please add my vote to this feature request. Thanks!
I agree, this would be such a useful feature. You've got my vote!
I came to this discussion specifically looking for a way to know when reviews are complete. I would much prefer a single "done" notification rather than any time a reviewer comments. Also, a visual indicator on the main page (like a checkmark over the name/photo of the reviewer on each course) would be a big help. I'm managing multiple projects and it's time-prohibitive to open each one to see IF the reviewer(s) have commented, let alone being able to confirm that they have finished commenting.
Any update on this? Would be great to know if reviewers have:
Other programs (Wipster, for example) have the ability for the content owner to see the first and last bullets - the first by analyzing who's opened the review link, the last by each reviewer marking their review "complete".
Hello Katherine,
I do not have an update to provide at this time. You can see the items that are currently on our roadmap here:
Articulate 360 Feature Roadmap
This conversation is attached as we continue to track this request and so that we can share updates with you here. I have added your additional ideas to our request. I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests, which may be helpful.
Hello @leslie! We are currently facing the same prediciment. I took a look at the roadmap and saw that this was not included in the updates. Is this currently being worked on or has it already been released?
It has not made it to the top of the roadmap yet, Kevin. We will be sure to share any updates that we have on this feature with you here.
WE would like this feature
I was hoping I may find information to indicate that this feature was already available. It would definitely be beneficial. I hope this can be added soon.
I agree that it would be a very useful feature to see who has accessed/viewed projects in Review 360. Any idea when this may become available please?
I would like to add my voice to this as well. This could be done with a simple button at the end of the review, e.g., "Done", "Needs revision", as well as adding an box for an additional comments.
Receiving an email with each comment is not helpful, especially when there are multiple comments/reviewers. Also, clicking the link in the email only takes you to the feedback page, not the exact place where the comment was made, making it time consuming to search for the comment in question.
I would also appreciate having this feature available.
Me too! I would appreciate this feature add.

I do not have an update to share at this time, but I've added your votes to the report we're tracking. You're in the right place to receive any new news!
Christine, I wanted to let you know that your email signature came through this public forum when you replied by email. Here's a video on how to remove that if needed 😊
Thank you

This is a feature I'm interested in seeing as well. Thanks!
I'll add my vote to see when/if reviewers have accessed content in Review 360. Thanks!
I know this would be a very useful feature for larger teams. We're trying to figure out a QA process and this is a feature that would help eliminate separate documents to track what's been reviewed.
I asked for over a year to simply add the same 'FEEBACK' and number tag on each of the courses on the home page. Sadly, I will be asking Corp. to not renew any 360 Review licenses in the future.
Adding to the requests for a "Review Completed" indicator for reviewers, so the author knows when the review is complete.
