I'm happy to help you with uploading your projects to Review 360! I understand how frustrating it can be to not have content processed in a timely manner.

To help you troubleshoot, I have a few questions for you:

What browser are you working on? 

Do you have a secure internet connection? 

There are a few additional examples of reasons why you may be experiencing an error message when uploading your content to Review 360.

If you’re still having trouble after the additional troubleshooting, share your project file privately with our support engineers to investigate what’s happening. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
