I have put an Engage item in a Rise Storyline block but instead of showing the introductory page, it shows a blank window with a play button. Is there any way to display the introductory page?
Hi Pam! Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Engage interaction in your SL Block that you've added into Rise 360.
We'd like to take a closer look at your Engage item in your Storyline course if that's okay with you. Could you please open up a case with us privately, and share a copy of the Engage file, the Storyline Course, and the Rise 360 course?
