So I've made my first course on Rise 360. Exported Scorm 1.2 and received the e-mail that my course is ready to download. Clicked the link and my browser opens up with with an icon that says "download". I click "download" and absolutely nothing happens. I'm not sure if this is an articulate problem, computer problem, or user problem (lol). If anyone has any advice for me that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rebecca,
Try this: once you've clicked on EXPORT, do not click on BACK TO COURSE.
Instead, just stay on that page until the export completes.
When the Export Successful message is displayed, the ZIP file should automatically download to your Downloads folder (if you are using a Windows PC).
