Course Preview Not Loading
Hi all,
Has anyone else had issues with the Preview mode in Rise recently? I'm unable to load a course in Preview--it goes to that screen but just shows the grey/beige page background (like it doesn't know it needs to show any content or can't load the HTML5 or something). See attached.
This is persistent across all the courses I've tried to preview, and is happening in Edge (Chromium-based), Chrome, and old school Internet Explorer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Preview is working normally for me using Chrome.

Previews are loading fine for me in Chrome as well. Please try clearing your browser's caches and make sure that your browsers are up to date.
Here's how to do it for your browser:Let me know if that doesn't help!
It looks like if you clear out Java temp files preview will work again.
Search for , and open the Java app
Go to the General tab and open settings.
Click Delete Files
Make sure the top two check boxes are checked and then Click OK until you are out of all the Java windows.With Chrome, Rise 360 always has problems either way, better with Firefox.
I've tried clearing my browser but am still unable to see a preview of my course. I am using Edge, and have also tried Chrome. Firefox is unavailable because I am on the Air Force network and they have disabled it.
