What was the resolution. Preview and publish don't work for me anymore either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Rebooted countless times. Tried old courses, new courses and get the same result...just a spinning wheel when I try to preview or publish. What's going on? How do I fix this?
Hi Dan! The fix for the issue mentioned earlier in this thread was for a single course, but it sounds like there's something more problematic happening since no one on your team can preview any course.

We seem to be having a similar issue with the Share and Preview links. It just shows a grey screen. Also, some of the videos we have uploaded do not show on edit mode.
Same Preview issue happening across multiple Storyline courses. Preview on slide, scene and project not working, either no movement or a grey screen. Please post update ASAP.

A) Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.

Can you publish the fix in this thread? No one on my team can preview in Rise anymore (all courses).

This may not apply to everyone. My issue with the preview was my company firewall. I sent this note to my IT group:
open port 443 and whitelist the domains listed in the article below:
