Download videos in Rise Jan 17, 2022 By Ecole Moser Good morning everyone, I would like to download a video I put in a Rise Articulate course long time ago. But i don't know how to do it, it doesn't seem to work from the course - and when i click on the video, it doesn't have a download function. Thanks a lot for your help.

I have tried the steps above and am still unable to download a video. I want to reduce the length of time of the video. Does anyone have a workaround? I'd appreciated it so I can use this with our audience.

You should be able to access the video files in the "A Guide to Mentoring Others" course by following these steps: Export the Rise 360 course for Web. Open the zipped output folder. Click to open the assets folder. Click to open the rbc folder. Scroll through the MP4 files in the rbc folder until you find the one you need. Move that video file to your desktop.
