Right now, there isn’t a way to do that in Rise. If the ability to do track changes would make authoring in Rise easier for you, please log a feature request to tell us more.
I would really like this, too. We're asking to note the changes we made from one version to another, and currently it's difficult. I hope you consider this soon!
Hey all! No updates on this yet; it's not on our current roadmap. We're still tracking requests for it, and if we make any changes that help, I'll let you know about it here!
Hello Articulate team, I am supporting the enquire made in this tread, that it is crucial for a team to be able to track changes in the progress made in the module. Looking forward for the updates for the tracking soon.
It appears several people have submitted feature requests for this functionality, including myself. When is this going to happen? How long will users have to wait?
This is vital, we've just received a request from a major organisation that will not even consider RISE unless they can track changes and collaborate on changes. It's critcial for compliance.
I ended up exporting the Rise course to pdf, then using Acrobat Pro to export the pdf to Word so reviewers can make comments to specific locations. They can view the share link of the Rise course for context, but for any edit I suggest the Reviewer place the actual edit in the Word doc.
I can't express how needed this feature is! Especially when working in dual languages. This would literally cut out HOURS of useless work for each asset.
We do the PDF and Word exports but I find a HUGE problem with that type of tracking is that they don't show the answers to check-in, knowledge test questions. This is where a lot of our debrief and 'teaching moments' come in, so they often require updates, etc.

Thanks Allison - I just submitted a feature request.
Alicia
Thanks for doing that, Alicia! :) Have a great day!
Hi Nicole,
Is there an update on this feature request? I know I am not alone. I searched and there were several companies inquiring about it.
Thanks,
Alicia

Hi there, Alicia. No updates at this point. We'll be sure to post any changes here!
Change tracking is critical to team projects.
I would also like the ability to track changes, edits in a Rise course. It makes collaborating and editing so difficult without the option.
I also think this would be a very beneficial feature to have as a precautionary measure to be sure you didn't change anything unintentionally.
Would absolutely love this feature. It would streamline so much and increase efficiency.
Any update on this? course collaboration needs a way to track changes.

Hello, this is a crucial feature for most educators! Hopefully this feature will be added soon!

Hi, looking forward to that feature too!

would appreciate if this was something we could track.
I want to lend my voice to this request. Edit/change tracking is critical for a collaborative platform.

We use exactly the same process, and it works very well. You also have a permanent record of the revisions that were made to the Rise course.

I also would like to request a Track Changes feature, or at least some way to put in Comments that all editors can see.
I have made a Feature Request. Fingers crossed for a result.
I also would like a track change or version history in Rise 360. Loving the app!
Thank you!
