Importing XLF files issues (It keeps processing)

Hey there, 

I have 5 e-learnings (made in RISE) which XLFs have been translated by an agency (4 into Chinese / 1 into Danish). After duplicating the e-learnings and importing the translated XLFs the message of "Processing Translation" does not dissapear. It remains constantly processing after hours. I have tried to upload the files in different computers, internet connection and even asked a colleague with A360 license to try it - but it is all the same. 

Is there something that perhaps I am missing?

Hi there, Miguel! Are you still having trouble importing your XLF files into the translated versions of your course?

The biggest thing to keep in mind is that the XLF file has to come from exactly the same course where you're importing it. For example, it won't work if you duplicate your course, export a single XLF and create 4 translated copies from the same XLF. Typically that will produce an error, however.
