Is Articulate Rise down? It's been trying to load for the last 45 minutes or so. I've cleared my cache and switched browsers, but it's still "Loading."

If this is your first time accessing Rise 360, please ask your IT team to add all of the endpoints listed in this article to your network's allowlist:

We were experiencing issues earlier today, where the Rise 360 dashboard isn't loading. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused!
We have resolved the issue and everything is working normally again. You should now be able to access your Rise 360 content.
Rise 360 is not loading, it is throwing an error.
