Hi Helen, I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud, the industry-standard testing engine. If your SCORM output uploads fine in there, then we know the issue is with your LMS; please contact your LMS provider. They should be able to help out with LMS-specific issues.
If it doesn't work on SCORM Cloud as well, please open up a case with us here, so we can take a look.
Hi Chino, thanks for your response - we found out in the end it was due to the Audio files and video files that were directly uploaded to RISE were identified as the source of problem which caused issues for the SCORM package to be uploaded to TalentLMS.
