Process completion is not showing correclty

Dear Community,

We have created an ELEARN in Articulate Rise 360, exported it as a SCORM Package and uploaded it to our LMS - Learning Tool. In our LMS tool our employees have an own account with which they are logging in.

The completion of each lessons should be saved in LMS. After the completion of the whole course every process completion is marked as checked. For some reasons some completions for some lessons will be set to 0% (unstarted) or 25% after logging out or closing the window. We only have this problem in one of our courses and we cannot find the bug. 

Do you had they same problem and did you find a solution?

Hi Leonie! Thanks so much for bringing this up! It sounds like you have a course that isn't correctly sending completion data to your LMS. 

To start, have you tried taking this course as a learner to see if you can reach 100% completion?

Have any learners been able to complete this course fully, or are all learners stuck at 0% (unstarted) or 25%? 

If you don't mind sharing your SCORM file with us, we'd love to test it from our side! You can send it our way by opening a case here. We'll delete the file as soon as we're done troubleshooting.
