Rise 360 Cannot Download

Hi all,

I would like to Export the course, but actually cannot download and no response after clicking the "download" button at any browser (Chrome, edge and IE). Is there any solution to fix it? Attached is the no response page. Thanks.

Thanks,

Sandra

    Hi,

I use Chrome, and after clicking Export, I just stay on that page.

If you leave the page open, once the course has been exported, it will automatically download the ZIP file.

      Hi Karl,

Thank you so much for your instruction. It works  and helps a lot.

      Thanks a lot!

  • Hi All:

I am running into the exact same export download issue as the OP (Sandra), but for some reason Rise is not handing the file off to my browser (Chrome or Edge, IE11 doesn't support Rise).

Any thoughts on why this might be occurring?

Maybe Articulate's CDN is a little overloaded with traffic(?)

    Cheers,

    -Mark

  • Hi Mark! Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Is this problem happening when you export any course on your dashboard, or just certain courses in particular?

If you create a new course, add a few blocks, and export it, does it export correctly?

  • Hi Alyssa:

I was actually able to solve the problem by disconnecting my VPN and re-attempting the download(s).

At CIHI, we've had mixed results with accessing AS360 services using our VPN

Generally speaking, we usually need to log in to Articulate 360 first, and then engage it, and then it usually allows us to access VPN services through it - however, not this time! ;)

Thanks for getting in touch, greatly appreciated :)

    Sincerely,

    -Mark
