I am trying to upload a video to rise and keep getting an "error" with no further information. I am using chrome as my browser and the video itself is 2.43GB, which i believe is under the max file size.
Hi folks! I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading your video in Rise. Is this happening only for a specific video, and are you able to upload different files? If so, please make sure your file name doesn't have spaces or special characters. If you're having trouble uploading all your video, try clearing your browser cache and uploading your file again! I hope this helps!
Same issue here too with PC. I've tried Chrome and Edge, Cleared Cache/History, restarted my computer, etc. Embed works, but upload (video or image) does not regardless of the file name/characters. The only thing that I can find that works is Chrome on a Mac.
