SCORM files too large for upload to LMS

the upload size limit on our current LMS is 512mb.

I've got 3 RISE SCORM files that are 600 - 700mb in size.

All 3 contain graphics and videos.

Any suggestions on how I can reduce the current file sizes without having to split the content?
