Scorm not loading

I have a customer who has a problem when trying to launch a Scorm. It seems the system is struggling to find the user's last location within the eLearning.  The Scorm was built in Rise.

index.html#/lessons/undefined

 

The customer seems to get the issue when relaunching the eLearning package. A blank screen appears.  Has anyone come across this before?

Sorry to hear you've run into this snag with your Rise 360-created SCORM package! I'd be happy to help troubleshoot!

I just had some clarifying questions first:

  • Which LMS is your customer using to launch the SCORM package?

  • Did your customer add or delete any lessons in the latest version of the course?
  • Does clearing the cache or launching through an incognito browser mitigate the issue at all?

It would be helpful to take a closer look at the SCORM package. Would you be willing to share it here in the discussion or privately through a support case? We’ll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
