Uploading a Video
Im new to Rise - in fact still in my trial period....Im trying to upload a video 40MG.....and its just spinning on processing video.
This is very frustrating! Is this normal?? Im now a bit undecided as to whether to get a paid account, despite paying over £1000 for training.
Please advise - thank you

Thanks for letting us know what's going on, Tim. We've identified an outage with one of our service providers that is causing intermittent errors when uploading content, like video files. You can follow our status page for updates by clicking here. I'll also update you here once the situation is resolved. I'm sorry for the trouble!
