hi all, This is a weird one - When adding video/animation into Rise, it picks the first frame as the thumbnail for the video. In this case, i have added an animation but the thumbnail looks pixelated. See attached. The pixelation disappeared after i clicked 'Play'.
The first frame is static so no transition or animation added. Any ideas? thanks JT
