Access to see feature requests

We are struggling to have our support tickets that don't get (or don't have) a resolve turned into feature requests even after being assured several months ago that it was. 

It would be great if we could search, watch and vote on feature requests in a formal way so that what we need and would use make it onto the roadmap.
