Feature Request: AI-Generated Image Label Toggle

 

Hello Articulate Team,

I would like to suggest a feature that would significantly improve the usability of Rise 360 and Storyline, especially for organizations operating under emerging EU transparency requirements.

Many companies in the EU are increasingly required to clearly label AI-generated images. Currently, when using AI-generated visuals in courses, course authors often have to manually create and position labels or banners on every single image. This process is extremely time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies.

Suggested Feature

Please consider adding an optional toggle or checkbox for images, such as:

✅ "Mark as AI Generated"

When enabled, Articulate could automatically display a small standardized overlay, badge, watermark, or banner on the image, for example:

"AI Generated" or "Created with AI"

Possible options could include:

• Position selection (top-right, bottom-right, etc.)
• Different label styles
• Automatic application across the entire course
• Course-wide setting to label all AI-generated images at once

This would save authors a tremendous amount of manual work and help organizations remain compliant with current and future transparency requirements.

Is a feature like this already being considered or planned for future releases?
