Font options for Closed Captions

was there a fix for this - I am experiencing the same issue - the closed caption text has a black outline making it difficult to read - see attached example
Hi Patricia, I have not heard back yet on the ticket or any resolution. It may help to add your own ticket as well but who knows ;-)
