Freeform Pick Many using 360-degree Images

I want to create an interactive freeform pick many question using a 360-degree image.  The ability to freely explore a location using a 360-degree image and identify issues or items is excellent virtual training.  Using a 360-degree image during training can help identify items, but we currently cannot use it to test learners' ability to identify multiple issues/items in an environment.  It could be used to help employees perform safety inspections or workplace examinations.
