Adding and editing characters

Presenter comes with several illustrated characters and one photographic character. Additional characters can be purchased in the Articulate Store.

Adding a Character

Here's how to add a character to your course:

  1. Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon.
  2. Click the Character drop-down, and choose either Illustrated or Photographic.
  3. When the character window appears, use the buttons at the top and lower right corner to customize your character.
    • If you're inserting an illustrated character, choose the character, expression, pose, and perspective.
    • If you're inserting a photographic character, choose the character, pose, and crop.
As you make selections, the preview on the right side of the window will update to reflect your choices.
  4. Click Insert to add your character to the current slide.

After inserting a character, you can modify it like any other image in PowerPoint. You can move, resize, crop, format, and animate it.
