Accessible Scenario Blocks Looking to create interactive branching scenarios that every learner can enjoy? We’ve updated the scenario block to be accessible for all learners! Simply add scene descriptions to give learners the contextual information they need to complete the activity. For more info on this feature, check out this article: Scenario Block Accessibility. Storyline Resize Writer Dialog Window We’ve enhanced the writer dialog window to be more user-friendly. Now, you can resize the write and edit inline window to display more AI-generated content. Simply drag the window’s sizing handles to fit your needs. So helpful! Mark Favorite AI TTS Voices Storyline offers a wide range of AI-generated voices to help you quickly and easily add audio to your courses. And now you can save even more time by bookmarking your favorites for easy access. Simply click the heart icon in the voices tab to bookmark them. Note that favorite voices are saved to your computer, not shared across your subscription. Learn more about AI voices in Storyline here: AI Assistant: Producing Highly Realistic Audio. Display Recently Used AI Voices When you’re in a rush, every second counts. Save time and quickly find AI text-to-speech voices you’ve recently used from the View drop-down arrow. Support for Multiple AI TTS Models If you’re creating courses in Hungarian, Norwegian, and Vietnamese, you’ll be thrilled to hear that you can now generate text-to-speech audio in these languages in Storyline. That’s right! We added an additional AI text-to-speech model to our toolkit, taking the number of supported languages from 29 to 32! To generate audio in Hungarian, Norwegian, and Vietnamese, simply select Turbo v2.5 in the drop-down menu. Want to learn more about the different language models? Read this article: AI Text-to-Speech Models in Storyline. Add Text-to-Speech Audio To Markers Need to quickly create audio for your interactive markers? Now that markers support AI and classic text-to-speech audio, you can easily generate narration and sound effects. Simply select your marker, go to the Format tab on the ribbon, click Audio, and select either Text-to-Speech or AI Audio. Reach Additional Reach Learner Interface Languages Delivering training in multiple languages with Reach? Good news: we added additional language options to the Reach interface! Hi Everyone, I’m trying to update an existing Storyline 360 course that is already published in Reach360, but Reach360 never gives me the “Publish Updates” option for the original course. Instead, every time I republish, it creates a completely new course. Here’s exactly what’s happening: I made some adjustments in my Storyline file (changes to triggers so slides resume their saved state when revisiting). When I republish the course using Publish → Reach360, Reach360 treats it as a brand‑new course, not an update. The existing training in Reach360 never shows a “Publish Updates” button. As a test, I created a copy of the Storyline project and changed the title. When I published that copy to Reach360, it also saved as a new course, which I expected. Then I republished the same copy again, and in that case, Reach360 did show the “Publish Updates” option — so updates do work on the copy. But when I open the original Storyline file (the one that created the active course in Reach360) and republish, Reach360 always creates a new course. It never offers the “Publish Updates” option for the existing one. So, my test shows that the update workflow works correctly on the copy, but not on the original project that is already live in Reach360. Why is Reach360 unable to recognize the republish from my original Storyline project as an update, when it does recognize updates from the copied project? Any insight into what conditions must match for Reach360 to treat a republish as an update (instead of a new course) would be really helpful. Thanks in advance! I am relatively new to the Articulate Portfolio of products and building out a new training program for my company. My program managers are in multiple locations so hands on training to show them how to manage their people in Reach is limited. Has anyone designed a Rise or Storyline module that shows someone assigned to the manager role how to utilize the data in Reach for their assigned people? Whenever I visit the new domain, I'm getting a name mismatch error. ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT My DNS looks like this: learn.reversinglabs.com. 60 IN CNAME learn-reversinglabs.reach360.com. When we had it set to custom, it didn't work either. I'm assuming I need to select Use my own domain but if I do that, it will break other people's access, correct? I'm trying to do this in such a way that they can use the old URL and the new one. Do I need to upload my own certificate to match the new domain name? I'm building courses in Rise 360 and publishing them to Reach 360. Knowledge checks and continue buttons restrict navigation for learners the first time they complete the course. My issue is that I need supervisors to be able to freely explore courses without navigation restriction. I thought that Quick Share links might work, but lessons are locked if the previous lesson knowledge checks aren't completed. I have a course created in Storyline and published to Reach 360. Learners have begun accessing the course and I've realized I need to make edits to it. When I've completed the edits to the course in Storyline, can I "republish" to Reach 360 thereby updating the course as an updated version? Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. So, I recently discovered the ability to add custom registration fields. I've added one as a drop down to help further sort our staff into departments. Two questions though: Can I rearrange/alphabetize the values in the dropdown after I add them? Can I filter reports based on these custom field values? (This would be VERY time saving for me since different departments ask me for metrics from just their team and I have to manually go through and select each specific learner at this point.)
