Hello, I am new to Rise/Reach 360. I am in the process of creating 13 modules, which will be in a training "Path," for our next New Hire Training Class. The 1st class will be about 10-15 people. It's a week-long training. We will have multiple New Hire trainings throughout the year. I would like to just add the subsequent training classes to the "New Hire Training Path" as the trainings come up but at the same time, I don't want the list of people in that Path to get too big or would that even be an issue? I wonder if there is a problem doing that way (just to keep adding to the one group) or would it be necessary or advisable to create a training path per training group? The idea of that seems a little daunting. I don't know if I'm over thinking this or not. I haven't gotten into the analytics of the quizzes and final exam for each class... if I keep adding the next training class learners to the same Path, will that screw up the analytics? Normally I research everything myself but I'm on a SERIOUS time crunch and need any advise I can get, ASAP. I hope this makes sense. TIA30Views1like1CommentReach 360 and ADP Integration
I am digging around trying to determine if it is possible to connect Reach 360 with our ADP HRIS so that whenever we add an employee or remove and employee in ADP, it will mirror that in Reach 360. Or is it necessary to add and remove learners manually?24Views1like1CommentBest way to get feedback/workshop content with SMEs
I'm starting a project that involves a lot of SMEs contributing content, and I know there will be plenty of back and forth to get the language just right. What’s the best way to handle this? In the past, we’ve used Word storyboards with track changes, but it’s hard for SMEs to visualise, and it takes ages to format. I’ve also used Review 360 in Rise, but the feedback screenshots often end up in the wrong spot, making it confusing to know what the SME is referring to. A colleague suggested Storyline might be better for reviews. Is that true? Or should I just export as a PDF and get feedback that way?82Views1like2Comments
