Cannot Edit AI Generated Lesson Descriptions
I created a course with AI and was previewing my final product. There are lesson descriptions I cannot see unless I am previewing. I cannot edit them since I cannot even see them in Edit mode. I even went to the AI outline and deleted them but they are still there. Any ideas? See attached.Any Novel Uses of Rise's AI Tutor?
I'm curious to hear anyone's experience with Rise's AI tutor. I'd like to use it more and enjoy thinking about potential uses. Our L&D team uses has been adding to a Rise project the last couple years, a kind of library of design and development tips and tools. Enabling the AI tutor means we could more or less have an AI companion who can help designers and developers not just read what's in the Rise course, but also consult the AI for L&PD tips and procedures.Conversational AI Avatar
Hi everyone, I'm considering using the Conversational AI Avatar feature in my Storyline lessons and had a question about long-term access. If I create AI avatar videos and add them to my courses, what happens after my AI credits are used up? Will the videos that have already been created and published in my lessons continue to work normally? Also, is there any chance those videos could disappear or stop working in the future, such as after a Storyline update or changes to the AI Avatar feature? Hi, I am relatively new to the e-learning/Articulate world and I haven't used Articulate as much as many others in this community. However, one of the things that I think could be a valuable asset to the AI assistant would be a library of any previously generated images or prompts. This would be valuable in a few settings that I thought of. Maintaining a certain image style throughout the course. Revising of other AI generated images/audio that has been added and then deleted from the course to be able to pick up where I left off with the prompt. Referencing previously well developed prompts that I would like to use again. Having the library or a history of my prompts would be valuable to help the forward momentum of the project instead of constantly starting over in the AI prompt. I understand I can simply save the images or prompts to a local drive or cloud storage. However, often times I forget or don't think to save them in the moment. Hello Articulate Team, I would like to suggest a feature that would significantly improve the usability of Rise 360 and Storyline, especially for organizations operating under emerging EU transparency requirements. Many companies in the EU are increasingly required to clearly label AI-generated images. Currently, when using AI-generated visuals in courses, course authors often have to manually create and position labels or banners on every single image. This process is extremely time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies. Suggested Feature Please consider adding an optional toggle or checkbox for images, such as: ✅ "Mark as AI Generated" When enabled, Articulate could automatically display a small standardized overlay, badge, watermark, or banner on the image, for example: "AI Generated" or "Created with AI" Possible options could include: Position selection (top-right, bottom-right, etc.) Different label styles Automatic application across the entire course Course-wide setting to label all AI-generated images at once This would save authors a tremendous amount of manual work and help organizations remain compliant with current and future transparency requirements. Hi, I'm really frustrated with how poor the AI in Articulate is. I just sent it to turn the knowledge checks from throughout my course into a final quiz, and the AI told me it couldn't do it. That is a serious limitation that is unacceptable. The Storyline AI has similar ridiculous limitations. Yesterday, I tried to get it to use my templates to build a wireframe for a new course. It told me it couldn't access my Articulate Templates. The AI images and audio are great, but the sync is useless half the time. When will we get a functional AI that has the ability to do simple things like this?Custom Avatar and Voice for Articulate Course
Hi, We would like to create our own custom avatar and a corresponding custom voice that can be used consistently throughout the course. Rather than selecting from the existing avatar/character options, we are looking for a way to develop a character that is specific to our course and use it as the course presenter/narrator. Our requirement is to have a consistent custom presenter throughout the course, so we would particularly appreciate guidance on the best workflow for creating and maintaining the avatar and voice across multiple lessons. Since the AI Assistant can perform simple repetitive tasks, such as resizing multiple objects to the same dimensions, etc., it would be beneficial to save frequently used AI commands as buttons in the Quick Access Toolbar. This would function similarly to running a pre-saved custom script. In the late 80s a software called Zenographics had a one-button custom script feature that worked with the Summagraphics tablet. Very helpful then, as it would be now. Maybe worth a look?Using AI Voices within RISE
Hi Articulate Community I have a question regarding the AI voice generator. Below are two examples of possible AI voices that i can choose from within the RISE AI library. When hovering over the calendar (indicated by the red arrow) it states 'if the author removes this voice, it will remain within the module for 2 years from the date of its deletion.' However there is no date in the right hand side. Does anyone know what no date mean with relation to author removal and possible deletion? Thanks all Stuart
