Rise 360: Create New Training with Content Templates

Tip: Want to create content from scratch? Click the Blank button in the upper-right.

  1. Browse Available Content

  2. Select or Preview the Content

  3. Personalize Your Content

Step 1: Browse Available Content

On the Create New dashboard, choose between real content templates or placeholder content templates. These provide a launching point for your own personalized content. All types of content are shown by default. Filter your results to show one or the other via the drop-down menu on the right.

There are several ways to browse available content:

  • Featured showcases a curated list of content we think you’ll like.

  • Popular displays a list of content that’s been used frequently by other content creators.

  • Partner content (such as content from Next Big Idea Club) has its own section on the dashboard for easy access.

  • Recently Added is where you’ll find the most recent content added to Rise.

For all main dashboard lists, use the Show More button to display additional results.

Jump to specific content by clicking an entry in the topic list on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

Click here to see a full listing of all content that's currently available.

Note: Want to start building your content from individual, prebuilt content lessons? Select the Lessons tab. Click here to learn more.

Step 2: Select or Preview the Content

Once you’ve found your content, hover over the card. Click Select This to immediately add an editable copy to your Create dashboard.

If you’d like to preview the content first, click the Preview button. A preview opens in a new tab, where you can view the full training.

Step 3: Personalize Your Content

Real content templates can be submitted for publishing immediately without any changes. Placeholder content templates provide real information but need to be updated and personalized before they’re deployed.

Edit both types of templates just as you would any other content, then share them with learners when you’re ready.

    Hi Team

Are there any restrictions on how you can use the Real Course content when building learning (for example around modifying content, incorporating lessons or snippets of content with your own content, etc.)?

I'd love to try using the content but want to make sure we aren't breaking copyright restrictions etc. before we start exploring, and I couldn't find any information online.

    Thanks for your help!

Same! Would love to be able to see terms of use.
  • Easy just to replace content with your own images/multimedia etc. Also I'm assuming as these are templates, if you do choose to keep the images etc then licencing won't be an issue.
  • Hey all! Appreciate you passion to create with real content templates and doubly appreciate your consideration of the TOS. Long story short: real content templates are just that, templates. They're yours to use as building blocks for your own courses or deploy completely unmodified. Change out images or content, add quizzes, basically do whatever's necessary to make it fit your learning needs. All we ask is that they remain Rise 360 courses. You can read more (and find a link to our Terms of Service) here (I know it's about selling courses, which you may or may not be doing, but the content still applies): https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-360-Can-I-Sell-Courses-Created-With-Real-Content-Templates
