    I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify the behavior:

    • Is your user encountering any specific error messages or prompts when they try to download Articulate 360 from the website? If yes, please share a screenshot here.
    • Are they currently assigned to a seat, or have access to an active Articulate 360 subscription? 
    • Is the download being blocked by the network in any way?

    Your user can manually install Articulate 360 by downloading the installers here, but I recommend asking them to open a case with our support team here in case they are running into any error messages so we can address the behavior.
