Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue! I can see from the image you shared, it looks as though there's additional space that's being included in the recording. 

We've seen this bug before where some extra space was added to a recording. A few questions to think about when coming across this:

  • Did you have an initial recording size that you later changed? 
  • Do you have an extra monitor that's connected when you record?

I like to personalize my desktop, but this can cause problems with Replay. If Windows 10 Settings/Background picture must be set to "Fill" for Replay to properly record the screen. When I use either "Fit" or "Stretch" Replay records more than the single screen that I am seeking to record. I also have to make sure that the Windows 10 Display settings "Scale and Layout" are set to 100% or the mouse is not recorded where I am actually pointing.
