I have a pre-recorded video I am placing in Replay 360. Ideally, it will be multiple videos together with a voice over added. Every time I upload a video (recorded on an iPhone), it flips the video horizontal. Is there a way to keep the video vertical?
Sorry you've run into this issue with video orientation in Replay, Laura! As my pal Ashley explains here, this happens based on how a video recorded on a mobile device usually contains "rotation metadata."
Storyline can rotate video files and re-encode them during publishing, so you should be able to fix this in a new Storyline project:
Create a new SL project and insert the video files - each video file should have its own individual slide.
Edit the videos to rotate them, then publish the project to Web or publish for MP4 (if using Storyline 360). If you publish to Web, you can then copy the media files from the published output folder (story_content).
