I'm using 360 images to produce an escape room challenge. I wanted a slide with instructions to lighbox over one of the 360 images (lightboxing when the timeline starts).
The lightbox appears correctly, but when it's closed, the 360 image isn't there - it's just black. What's weirder, is the hotspot outlines still show up when you move your mouse around...and if you click and drag (as you would to move around the 360 image if the image WAS there), the hotspots move. (image attached to hopefully show what I mean)
Hi! I've sent it privately now! (case number 03109577) I've found a work around using layers - but it's not ideal as I imaginge I'd want to be able to lightbox the slide at different points, and recreating the layer is a bit of a pain...!! Thanks :)

Are you comfortable sharing the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case? I'd like to understand your setup better to help you troubleshoot.
