Disable Articulate mobile player/background

Hello everyone!

I've been scouting the forums for a solution for this but none of them worked for me.

So, we have this simple courses ("simulators") of different procedures in apps and web for a bank, and they came to us after the first courses saying that they would like to have the first instance when the course loads to be removed (the first black screen with the big play button).

Our courses have no template, it's transparent because there's no need for title or even the exit button (or previous/next buttons), and works well on desktop, but on mobile, even with all features disabled, it still has an ugly black background and border which not only looks bad, but it also takes a lot of screen space from the actual content. The courses are not tracked, they are published to web and embedded in the bank's site, displaying directly on the browser (they only have a bit of Google Analytics code but nothing else).

Any idea how can we disable that? Is there a bit of code I can edit in some file?? The solutions I found (x, x) don't seem to work for me.

And mobile view with modern player, which I read might work, but there's even more negative space that I don't understand.
