Disappearing Closed Captioning

I recently created a tutorial, using my trial version of Articulate 360, and put closed captioning into each slide where there was audio. The audio was generated by a computer voice. The tutorial has 4 scenes. On preview of each of them, the closed captioning worked fine. When I previewed the entire file, the closed captioning for scene 3 dissappeared.
So... I opened scene 3 and put it back into each slide. When I finally published the finished file, the closed captioning again disappeared from scene 3 only. In the file it is still visible. But it doesn't show in the player on publication.
Any ideas?

Hi Cherie,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. Since it looks like the issue is specific to the closed caption file that your Scene 3 is using, have you tried recreating it, or using a different copy of the file to see if this helps address the behavior?
If the issue persists, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at what's happening? We'll delete is as soon as we're done troubleshooting!
I am having the same problem. It only works for two of the slides and then doesn't work for the rest.
Hi Courtney, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with closed captions. I see you’ve reached out to our Support Engineers and are working with my teammate, Georvy. You’re in excellent hands! We’ll continue the conversation in your support case.
