I've made a translation using the Storyline Word translation export with reference column. The translation export worked fine, but when I import the translation again the font type is changed. In the Word file the whole text is in "Trebuchet MS" and after the import it seems to be "Trebuchet MS CE", a fonttype which is not even installed on my pc. So in reality I think it's displayed in "Arial".
Does anybody know why the text is not displayed in "Trebuchet MS"?

If you're still noticing this bug, please make sure you're using Storyline 360 (Build 3.61.27106.0) or later.

Looks like you're experiencing a behavior that is slightly different from the ones reported in this thread. Does the behavior happen for all fonts, or to custom fonts that you have installed on your machine?
Also, would you be willing to share a copy of your untranslated Storyline 360 project file and your translation file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check the behavior? We'll delete the files when we're done troubleshooting.
